Refund policy

We accept exchanges on defective items. All products are quality checked before orders are shipped, but if there are any complications in the shipping process, we will happily help the customer with photographic proof of defects. Items will need to be returned before they can be replaced. 

We accept exchanges on wrong size apparel. No questions asked. Please refer to our size charts or simply ask if you are concerned about sizing to avoid complications. 

Items we cannot refund or exchange: Custom or commissioned items. Digital downloads.
