Examples of mediums
Illustration
Illustration is the base of most of my work. I have experience with pen and paper, painting, and digital drawing. My illustrations often have a cartoon vibe combined with patterns and textures.
Graphic Design
I have a BFA degree emphasizing in graphic design. I tend to use illustrative elements and bold colors in my work. I have experience with posters, social media posts, logos and icons, packaging design, and booklets or zines.
Fiber art
Rug Making
In my rug making practices, I use my original designs only. I often use thrifted yarn or cotton yarn. I am capable of making small or large rugs and wall-hanging or tabletop/floor rugs. Designs for rugs cannot be highly detailed or contain lots of text.
Apparel & fabric
Screen Printing
When screen printing, I prefer using my original illustrations. I am not a commercial screen printer and therefore only do small batches. I prefer helping other artists with their artistic projects.
Portraits & Nature
Painting
In my paintings, I prefer the subject of people or animals. I enjoy the painting process called glazing, which have many layers of transparent acrylic paint, giving the paintings depth and unity. I also have experience with watercolor paints.
